The final tournament of the Twentieth 2014 FIFA World Cup will be held from June 12 to July 13, 2014 in Brazil.
Matches of the tournament will be held at the following stadiums: national stadium (Brasilia, Federal district), mineyran (Belo Horizonte, state of Minas Gerais), arena Pantanal (Cuiaba, state of Mato Grosso), arena baixada (Curitiba, state of paraná), Castellan (Fortaleza, state of Ceara), Amazonia (Manaus, state of Amazonas), arena das Dunas(Natal, state of Rio Grande-do Norte), Beira Rio (Porto Alegre, state of Rio Grande do Sul), arena Pernambuco (Recife, state of Pernambuco), Maracana (Rio de Janeiro, state of Rio de Janeiro), Fonte Nova (Salvador, state of Bahia), arena Corinthians (Sao Paulo, state of Sao Paulo).
According to the agreements between the Brazilian government and the FIFA Executive Committee, the 2014 world Cup is considered purely as a private event. All matters related to the organization of sports events, the sale and distribution of tickets, the rights to media coverage of the 2014 world Cup, intellectual property rights to the trademarks of the championship, etc., are within the competence of FIFA.
The mode of entry.
For Russian citizens wishing to attend the 2014 world Cup, the regime of entry into Brazil remains the same as at other times: to visit the country for tourism purposes, a visa is not required, but at the same time when crossing the border it is necessary to have a valid passport, valid for at least 6 months from the date of the trip, return air tickets indicating the date of departure from the Brazilian territory, as well as confirmation of the booked hotel room or a letter of invitation from a Brazilian citizen or organization. The period of permitted stay in the country in this case is 90 days for each period of 180 days calculated from the date of first entry.
For those planning to attend the 2014 world Cup events, in addition to these documents, it is also necessary to have official FIFA tickets or FIFA confirmation of the purchase of such tickets (more on the website www.fifa.com).
The airport in Curitiba.
The Brazilian authorities draw the attention of fans to the fact that the mode of operation is limited to them. Afonso II of Curitiba (venue of the match Algeria – Russia 26 June 2014) is heavily affected by weather conditions. In June-July, the airport is often closed due to heavy fogs. In this case, those wishing to visit Curitiba are recommended to provide an alternative route through the airports of Florianopolis, Itajai or Joinville (Santa Catarina state, 300, 200 and 100 km from the city. Curitiba, respectively), or choose flights arriving in the city between 12.00 and 18.00, when the occurrence of fog is least likely.
Sanitary and epidemiological requirements.
For Russian citizens traveling to Brazil, the condition of vaccination against yellow fever is optional. However, such vaccination is recommended for those wishing to visit the States of Amazonas (here is the stadium "Amazonia" Manaus), Mato Grosso (stadium "Castelan" Cuiaba), the Federal district (the capital of the country, Brasilia), as well as the States of ACRI, Amapa, Goias, Maranhau, Mato Grosso do Sul, Para, Rondonia, Roraima and Tocantins. Retains the requirement to vaccinate children aged from three months to six years of age against polio.

Teams of Brazilian foreign Ministry officials will be in all 12 cities hosting the 2014 world Cup to provide possible consular and other assistance. The issue of establishing temporary consular posts of the Russian Federation in a number of cities is being considered.
Mode of functioning of the judicial system of the country during the 2014 world Cup
In order to quickly solve the emerging problems of criminal and administrative-legal nature, the Brazilian judicial authorities intend to deploy temporary courts at the stadiums involved in the Championship, similar to those already existing at local airports. Their task will include the prompt consideration of minor offenses and controversial issues. In addition, all 12 cities will also have regular courts.
In this regard, the Brazilian side particularly draws the attention of foreigners planning to attend the championship, that during the event there will be no relaxation of the law. First of all, this applies to such offenses as various forms of illegal use of FIFA trademarks (a sentence of 1 month to 1 year in prison, a fine); various forms of speculation with entrance tickets to the Championship games (2-4 years in prison); penetration into the closed zones of stadiums, carrying into the stadium objects that can be used as tools for inflicting bodily harm (1-2 years, fine); pedophilia, production, distribution and storage of relevant film / photo materials (3-6 years); sexual relations with persons under 14 years (6-15 years); movement, distribution of drugs (5-15 years); consumption of drugs (warning, attending correctional courses, fine); driving drunk (6 months-3 years); bribery to an official (2-12 years).
In addition, when preparing for a trip to the country, it is necessary to take into account the following features of Brazilian legislation relating to minors. When travelling within Brazil, citizens under 18 years of age, if they do not have identity cards, must carry originals or certified copies of birth certificates. Minors traveling unaccompanied by parents or relatives up to the third generation (adult brothers and sisters, as well as uncles, aunts, grandparents, having documents confirming the relationship) must have the written consent of both parents. In the absence of these documents, they will not be allowed in hotels, stadiums, etc.
Security concerns.
The immediate issues of security during the world Cup are the responsibility of the Brazilian public security authorities, the armed forces and, within their competence, private security companies.
For coordination of security at the Ministry of justice of Brazil, the Federal police, created an extraordinary Secretariat for security of major events (ES). In case of an emergency with the participation of Interpol, there will also be a Center for international police cooperation, whose task is to interact with law enforcement agencies of the participating countries to identify potentially dangerous groups and persons arriving in the country, promptly resolve issues of an administrative and criminal nature, coordinate efforts in case of unforeseen situations, etc
